Salt + Marrow provides delightful meals for hotel guests and customers who wander in after a ball game across the complex.
Our assignment included the stile and rail trim to create a wainscot appearance on the outside and inside walls of the private dining room. Casework, with no backs, along the top of the wall opens up the space for decorative purposes.
The service counter is crafted with white oak with a pickled finish using stile and rail construction. Upholstered leather texture inserts are highlighted with button tacks and complimented by the brass foot rail. The quartz countertop was selected for versatility and low maintenance requirements.
The server’s station compliments the service counter with matching white oak in pickle finish and a quartz countertop.
Additionally, the self-serve buffet matches elements to that of the service counter. Cabinet doors provide concealed storage space and access to outlets.
