During the planning phase, our team provides value-added insight. We examine the project’s purpose and environmental conditions to provide the best material solutions, meet budget goals, and provide tentative deadlines. We deliver a thorough estimate covering concept to completion.
The engineering team is involved with design as well, contributing critical build solutions that are efficient, cost effective, and durable. Project files are sent directly to our fabrication team, along with shop drawings providing detailed building and installation instruction.
Our state-of-the-art equipment ensures every cut is precise, with minimal waste, while saving valuable production time. Shop drawings provide highly detailed instructions for our craftsmen to complete the build. Stains, varnishes, and paints are applied in our finishing room for optimal conditions and vapor control.
We develop a plan of action for delivery and installation by establishing starting points in the field. This allows us to work in unison with other contract builders on a job site and provides the general contractors the ability to provide a more accurate move-in date.
Our 14,000-sf facility provides us with nearly limitless capabilities. We use these every day to achieve project possibilities.
