The duties and responsibilities of the Cabinet Builder shall include, but are not limited to the following

• Pull cabinet from case clamp
• Attach shipping skids
• Clan off part labels
• Prep and hang doors
• Build and install drawers
• Inspect part for quality, clean and adjust
• Stretch wrap individual cabinets
• Apply Item Label and set on pallet
• Add corner protectors and stretch wrap pallet
• Sign and date Product Detail Report
• Turn paperwork in to Shop Foreman when batch is completed
• Move pallets to shipping department

The job of Estimator for Specialty Woodworks is to actively seek opportunities to secure projects that have the potential of not only making a profit but building a relationship for future work.

They must thoroughly review and understand the scope and job specifications and be able to accurately assess the costs involved in manufacturing and installation using estimating programs, professional and intuitive knowledge of the millwork manufacturing business.

The duties and responsibilities of the Estimator shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Process bid documents for initial documentation and record keeping
• Schedule bids for efficiency in Estimating Department
• Create takeoff and submit RFIs
• Solicit quotations from required Vendors
• Complete budgetary and cost analysis for an accurate bid process
• Manage bid database for detailed and accurate contact information
• Build and maintain working relationships with Clients and Vendors
• Evaluate and document bid results
• Transfer plans, estimate, quote to server
• Hold hand-off meeting to inform the team of specifics of the job as sold.
• Assist Project Manager in loading project documentation into Innergy
• Price Change Orders as needed Review project with other management for future project database lines.

Minimum 1-2 years experience required in woodwork finishing. Finishing includes millwork painting, staining, etc.

• Must be knowledgeable in staining and painting techniques.
• Ability to color match custom stains/colors to various control samples required.
• Ability to prep/sand/stain wood and other materials to achieve desired finishes required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with multiple jobs required.
• Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail required.

The responsibilities of the Specialty Craftsman shall include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receive Work Orders from Shop Foreman
• Have a batch meeting with Engineer and Shop Foreman
• Receive and inspect parts coming from other departments
• Machine and assemble to drawing information
• Set up entire elevation or unit with all SWW manufactured parts fitted
• Inspect for quality and perform any last step repairs or adjustments
• Move product to shipping for wrapping and protection
