As part of Clemson’s Memorial Stadium updates in 2006, the WestZone Club creates a “Game Day” experience with a modern approach while staying connected to the Tiger fan traditions. The Jack Porter design team utilized a combination of wood, metal, glass, and large format graphics to refresh and renew the beloved space.
Specialty Woodworks' involvement with this high-profile project – and tight schedule – included engineering, fabricating, building, and installing major components throughout the space. The primary materials used included cherry veneers, glass, acrylics, and solid surface countertops.
The dining hall wall paneling was mounted individually using our mounting system proven to last for years to come. Window-side bar tables provide fans with an area to watch the game while getting a quick bite. Solid surface countertops provided easy-to-maintain surfaces.
The patron locker room entrances were designed with various graphics overlaid with panelized glass on stand-off mounts. IPTAY members enjoy a private locker for their use. The 376 keyless, electronic, lockers were built, installed, then programmed individually.

A lot goes into what we do and how we do it. Meet the team that makes it happen.
